Figure of 10'000 reached
In the decisive phase of the race towards victory, the figure of 10'000 was achieved today. My heartfelt thanks to all supporters believing in the success realizing this Bicycle Coffee Table Book together.

Tages-Anzeiger newspaper article in the Zurich section

Today in the «Tages-Anzeiger» newspaper bund about Zurich is a portrait about me and my work for the exhibition Bike / Design / City at the Gewerbemuseum Winterthur. The headline suggests that I build bicycles, but the lead gives a correct understanding about what I do. The filmstrip in the online «Tages-Anzeiger» shows some bicycles at the exhibition. To avoid confusion, only the images 2, 3 and 7 show my installations I did. For true connoisseurs it is obvious that the Tigra Professionnel is a modell 242.
The crowdfunding campaign will be defined in these days, the start will be announced during April 2017.

Bruno Angeli from velotext.ch was very delighted when he saw the the presented maquette of my Velo Coffee Table Book at the press event at the Gewerbemuseum Winterthur for the exhibition Bike / Design / City and asked for an interview.
The VeloCity-Guide is issued every year as printed matter and will be distributed in selected shops as a free giveaway. The VeloCity Guides are available for the following Swiss cities: Bern, Chur, Kreuzlingen/Konstanz, Lutzern, Thun, Uster, Winterthur, Zürich.

«kick into next gear» at the opening at the Gewerbemuseum Winterthur
The sample book «kick into next gear» with golden endpaper and gilt edges is presented the first time to the public in the opening of the exhibition Bike / Design / City at the Gewerbemuseum Winterthur. Two facing pages history and photography of the Tigra Professionnel Model 242 with titanium frameset from Coassin and in the backgroud the same racing bike in its original.
The exhibition continues until July 30, 2017.

Book preview «kick into next gear»
One of my purposes to release a premium bicycle book is to push the cultural status of bicycles one step further. The story ties up with the birth of the „vélocipedes” in the 19. century when the High Society embraced the new vehicle to raise it as their new status symbol. The book, printed with «Ultra-HD-Print» technology in landscape format, thread-sewn and gilt edged, is «State-of-the-Art». This noble presentation of the beauty of these racing machines improves the perception in our society. Not only multimillion dollar racing cars and racing motorcycles, but also racing bicylces are worthy to generate special attention of investors, international auctioneers and collectors.
