Albert Knobel was a professional from 1972-76. Later he runned a bike shop in Altendorf SZ under his name. This racing bicycle frameset was a custom built by the framebuilder brother Lacher in Schindelegi SZ. The paint job was done by a renowned paint shop in Zurich. The Lacher brothers have also built framesets for various Swiss professionals, among them multiple time World Champion Urs Freuler and Sepp Fuchs.
Set up with a complete Shimano Dura-Ace 7400 groupset, 8-speed indexed with internal cable routing. The clincher wheels a equipped with 700x20C tyres.
The racing bicycle is very well cared and in excellent visual and mechanic condition.
